What broke
A mission was written for an agent with no shell on the developer machine. Sixteen of seventeen findings were carried without difficulty; the seventeenth lived in a 117 KB test file, and the agent moves file content by retyping it through an API call — a vector that had already corrupted a project file earlier in the same mission, caught only by blob-hash verification.
The rule it paid for
A three-atom capability vocabulary; a mission declares what it requires and the launcher matches exactly; a 20 KB transport threshold for the agent's own judgement.
