What broke
A census found that the desktop frame had no workstream value of its own: eleven lots delivering into the frame were filed under the nearest page, and a twelfth left the field blank for the same reason without noticing it was the same reason.
The rule it paid for
The frame gets its own term, with the test that bounds it and the sentence that keeps it the smallest term, not the largest.
